I like the music however the recording seems to have a lot of distraction coming from the level of the bass drum. It needs to sit back in the mix just a tad more. takes away from the words and the melody of the guitar. My two cents! Enjoy!

@cary19642003 Thanks for your input and I actually agree. The mix was a lot more bass guitar heavy originally which evened it out but then it was requested to turn that down on the last version of the mix and guess I did not have the perspective at the time to compensate in other aspects. The majority of the album has heavy rock/metal sounding tracks so therefore clicky kick drum.

No offense taken buddy.. Doing the things I do in that song are purely to break up the pulsing beat. I thought it would sound more entertaining to throw some double kick where it's not needed, in my opinion it was a success:)
