I Thumbs Downed this video. Psycheturth I am very dissapointed in you for this video.
You keep saying Socialized Meidicine over and over while this reform is nowhere near that or even Universal Health Care.
Furthermore you didn't even mention Medicare Part C & D which was passed which is why Meidcare is having these problems. Also you never mention the best solution which is Single Payer.
ObamaCare is just basically another TAX to your Pay-stub! Fuck!!! Even if you dont want it you have to pay for someone else's medical bills! What I have notice is over the last century the USA has tried to fuck every one over and over! Some one will eventually stomp on their face! XD
The problem is NOT that we will pay, from a portion of our taxes, to run a socialized healthcare system. The problem is and has always been the HIGH COST of healthcare and there for the high cost of premiums.
This will never work America is too much of a dog-eat-dog society while in other countries have a culture of helping each other out when your mate is down
I live in Australia where health-care has been free since forever and we would not have it any other way
Although the Australian health care system only has to look after a population of 22 million people while America has to look after 309 million big difference
@briandigital1 The US is the most charitable nation out there. The problem with most socialized systems is that they are unsustainable. They sound great in theory, and it makes everyone smile until they realize that their programs are bankrupting their countries, and then the government tries to cut programs and the citizens freakout. There is no free lunch. Greece is a perfect example of unsustainable social programs. The US medicare system is about bankrupt already. Its a sad reality
@ih8ronpaulh8ers Yes, makes perfect sense. The NHS in the UK is currently much cheaper per capita than our system, even prior to the modifications. It's looking like they're going to have to increase costs, but it will still be cheaper than the old US system on a per capita basis. It's clear that your numbers are 'well researched' and supported by the 'facts'.
Becoming a physician is a long, arduous, expensive process that can only be accomplished with great dedication. On average it takes 12 years out of your life just to become a Dr. Why make that sacrifice if you are going to be told how much you can make?
The quality and volume of Drs will go down with this bill.
does the bill really qualify as socialization? personally, as is the case with most big business institutions, i think the entire system is sick, from medical schools, to hospitals, and most of all insurance companies. i think health insurance should be abolished completely, much less do i think that there should be a law stating that i have to purchase it. i would have been significantly more in favor of legitimate socialization, (continued on next comment)
Throw away incurrence company’s and make health care free for every one (paid by taxes) I like to pay for those who can’t afford, even if I healthy all my live, because you never know when will be your torn to get help. And I definitely will to help other human being.
Health care system shouldn’t be profit seeking institution, stop pumping drugs for profit and charge several hundred times more then cost to produce drugs or other treatment. If same drug in US cost $200 - $300 let’s by it in Cuba for $0,05 cent. Ore Europe for $20 - $30. Do you see where money goes? To some private pockets, instead of all people wellness. Do you see which way is cheaper fore everyone? Does make any sense?
you know people sit around and complain about the cost of health care in America but we don't actually look at the real problem. Have you actually looked at one of your hospital bills they charge your for everything having a phone in your room for two days costs upwards of $200 they charge you for your bed sheets have you bring in your personal medication to take and charge the insurance companies for the medication that they are not spending any money on. Hospitals are the problem not Insurance
Sorry; but you are not getting Socialized medicine, please stop listening to cable hacks, for your talking points. What you are getting is a reform to the old way of getting health care. If you want to undestand what socialized healthcare really is please read up on the systems used in places like France, England, Canada ...and many other countries who actually respect their citizen enough to help care for their health. I'd rather pay more in taxes for health care then to finance multiple wars.
GAH all you Psychetruth people are SO Annoying to watch!!! You keep making this "tsk* sound after just about EVERY SENTENCE. If you're going to communicate to the masses you need to get annoying things like that under control ! When I turn on the news I don't hear Christina Mendonsa say "*tsk* our top story to bring you tonight is *tsk* . . ."
I liked the video presentation but truthfully didn't understand why we're being forced to buy health insurance, but since I'm retired now I don't really care. There's nothing I can do about it anyway. Nobody in WDC listens to me and the millions of other low income people anyway.
Remember when Obama PROMISSED that no one making less then $200K per year would see any kind of tax increase? Remember when he said it was "going to be the most transparent administration in history"?
Did we learn anything America? If it sounds too good to be true, well, guess what....
The States is doomed, if it does not take care of its own people first. Health care is not a privalidge, as some would let you beleive, but a right. Specially from a, sorta, wealthy nation.
The bill is not socialized medicine, it is insurance companies using the government to force people to purchase their insurance as a "solution" to people complaining (very legitimately) about not having insurance, and to increase their profit as their services will likely come at an unavoidable higher price tag. This does not resemble at all the plans in Europe or Canada. It is medical fascism.
A country that lets (or in the US case, encourages) people to die because they lack money is basically inhuman and unChristian. And no, "love one another" does not mean whoever dies with the most toys wins.
But I guess it's more important to you to have "socialized" roads and "socialized" prisons than take care of each other.
My comment is that most people miss the most important point. The number 1 cause of death in the US is doctors, mainly due to dangerous pharmaceuticals and unnecessary surgeries. More health care will mean more death. Spend a fraction of this money on fully funding the FDA, which is owned by big pharma, and teaching doctors good nutrition, and you will see health problems drop dramatically. Also 1/3 of your taxes go to pay useless interest on the national debt. STOP that, soon it will be 2/3.
If the choices are to either pay for Afghanistan, Iraq, South Korea, all the military bases all over the world, NASA, Big Oil, Corporate Welfare, Agriculture subsidies, GM, Wall St., Big Pharma, Exxon's oil spill in Alaska, and now BP's oil spill in the Gulf versus taking care of forty-five million uninsured Americans; then I'd rather help take care of the forty-five million uninsured Americans.
1. You misinterpreted the table at the census bureau, 15% of Americans WITH INSURANCE are on medicare is what you meant to say (its actually 14.3% of people with insurance so 12% of the population)
2. The bill provides the largest middle-class tax cut in history for health insurance.
3. Fining people without insurance $695 a year ($32 billion) is justifiable to a point, take into account that $125 billion is spent on uninsured people each year and 26% is paid back.

i live in kazakhstan.. we dont have such insurance (forced by govt.). It's a personal interest ) and people dont do their healthcare insurance because it is a state responsibility, it's free for residents ))
Too simple and not well thought out... a lot of these Psychetruth vids remind me of the blurby articles in women's magazines that are just filler to space out the advertising.
I think "Obamacare" is a clumsy and expensive approach to what is an issue that needs to be fixed. I think involving the IRS is a heavy handed approach that's going to negate any benefits of this plan. In short, it's a bad plan!
I would suggest to all to do what I have done. STOP FEEDING THE MOB!! Avoid paying taxes anyway you can. It can get sticky in certain stores, but if that store is supporting your oppression should you really shop there?
ZUS ( basically the same thing you're talking about lady) : 750 Zl
almost 50 flipp'n % PLUS 22% tax ofcourse, and nothing one can do about it. the country's nearly a shithhole. this WILL get out of hand in America too . enjoy your new bill.
Obviously everyone would have to pay thats obviously...but thats not my issue...my issue is that this is not real universal healthcare, thats the problem..USA got it backwards.
What about the children, that do not work? Are you saying that they should not have heath care? Why did you not mention all the people that are working ,but don't have any health care?
The government is not capable of creating a workable health care system. Our government needs to be completely reformed from the bottom up.The amount of fraud and chicanery occurring today is so great that no one it seems can face these simple facts. The tenured senators and reps have lined their pockets with big corporate dollars. America is run by corporations and The World Bank, using the "Federal Reserve"(nothing federal about the federal reserve-- should be called The Federal Deficit Bank)
Your asking an open ended question but only presenting facts and using terminology that makes this bill look bad.
What about the cost that are already occurred by the millions of uninsured that go to emergency rooms and dont pay the bill...we are already paying for that.
The enemy is not the government, its these insurance companies that only care about $
For a youtube channel that promotes health I would expect more from you.
@jilla82 The enemy IS the government... Before health care had any govt involvement, we were the envy of the world. IT was a truly competitive free market, which naturally drove prices down, and quality up... Then in stepped the government who created the HMO (not the insurance companies) and look what has come of it. Do you really think we need MORE government involvement? Two wrongs don't make a right. Even a four year old knows that.
Universal health care lowers the cost to all of us. I wish that was what Obama's plan! But that the reform is supported by DOCTORS and not teabaggers is enough for me to support it.
Feel like this video was too simple. Not enough perspective, foresight, figures/history. And also that maybe a video that's not an open ended question might help the majority of non-politically minded/ government savvy america.
I mean, I have a brain, but I just can't have a position with this much information, especially with an issue that incorporates an entire country.
Do I want to lose money,no.
Do I want me and the people around me to be taken care of, yes.
I question freaking out about health care that costs taxpayers 940 billion dollars, but the recent corporate bailouts were almost that much at 700 billion. At least health care is for the people, not some gov. cronies
@SunscreenAndVitamins The whole thing its bureaucratically made complex I believe in part to make it look professional and in part to make it complicated enough so people is discouraged to read it. Put simply, if you make a bad choice and your business is in debt you are screw, if you are a mega bank you are ok the government uses our money to help them, also, if you are a big insurance company and people don't want to buy your insurance no problem, government will make a law you have to buy it.
I feel this way: The federal politicians/government has no legitimate right to tax me for this. I am for having people spend their money as they see fit. Period. There are no "rights" that obligate other people's money.
I think I will move to Peru or Equador to live out the remainder of my natural life in the sun and watch the beautiful hills while listening to flute music.
@Plum369 My friend, it is much worse than that. The more I learn, the more I see thousands of tiny steps that contribute to a larger end result. I can not tell if they want to kill us all with poisoned food and water.. control us all with fear.. turn us into prols and the party.. manipulate our genetics. or what! And all the while we are so stupid and practically beg for this stuff to happen.. Imagine Jews begging hitler to destroy them! Ug I feel sorrow for my fellow humans :(
I laugh when people call this bill socialized!! What world are you living in when a bill is passed that adds 30 million people into PRIVATE INSURANCE PLANS and then call that socialist??!!!! Don't be fooled by the insurance companies pretending to be upset with the bill when in reality they just got 30 million NEW customers!!! O and if your worried about that 900 billion dollars then talk about how we should be ending these 2 never ending wars!! That'll save ALLLLLLLLOOOOTTT of money!!!!
I live in the UK like you we have socialized fire fighters, libraries, primary and secondary schools, etc. but unlike you socialized medicine it works well. Health care is a right not a privilege.
I didn't subscribe to listen to right wing bimbos wave half truths at me. The bill could have been vastly improved by eliminating private health insurance altogether, but I guess no one has the stomach for that. The republicans sabotage the process and then complain about how lousy it turned out. The bill doesn't do nearly enough to cut costs, and that is because the private health insurance industry still exists afterwards. We don't need socialized medicine, we need socialized insurance.
@j0hnwi11iams no you will need both private and public healthcare if you guys are going to be successful with this. especially! if! you are transitioning from a private to public healthcare system, it's going to be a long slow process, but it'll be worth it in the end.
@j0hnwi11iams I am Right Wing and I am NOT a "bimbo". I am university educated, (7 years worth), and share the same values with millions. You may disagree with conservative ideology but by defining our view as something so stupid makes progressives look all the worse. I dare you, I DOUBLE DO DARE YOU to listen and intellectually analyze conservative resources for a couple of weeks and see if we have valid concerns for the welfare and future of America or if we are just "bimbos".
@j0hnwi11iams Let's not forget my favorite part of the republican strategy! Have the democrats make concessions to the republicans (IE removal of the public option, integration of several million dollars for abstinence only education, etc.) and then complain for being left out of the democratic process.
@j0hnwi11iams socialized insurance inevitably turns into socialized medicine because the government will not be able to cover all of the procedures from private doctors. Rationing ensues, as this current law demands, and then people are given a pill instead of surgery. What we needed was more competition, not corporatist collusion between government and big biz. It makes no sense not to allow insurance to go across state lines unless you are an insurance company that doesn't want competition.
@j0hnwi11iams Well regardless of her political ideology, the health insurance program though government would be the biggest epic failure the government has ever devised. After studying the atrocities that have come from the medicare and medicade industry, I can see no other conclusion other than failure. It will end up costing 3-4 times the amount of their initial estimates. We need the ability for much more competitiveness in the sector not more of a monopoly.
Widershins: Yes but No. Look some more think some more and a billion dollars to the American people is about a nickle each. You spend that much on a smart bomb. Yes MrLesWhite Your point is perfect. If you pay for your own heath care through your tax,s You can get rid of the Insurance co. You can love that?
I think the health care reform thing is crap. It is going to put us into dept even more. I am currently not employed, and my family just got off health care because it was too much. Now if we have to pay even more if we don't have it, so many families are going to suffer. Of course I could be wrong on this, I need to do more research on the health care bill. I was told too that the government will help pay health care to those who can't afford it? I'm not sure.
It is funny how we are 1000% happy to have our tax dollars kill 1 million women and children in Iraq but we CRY and PROTEST if 10% of that is used to save lives of our fellow Americans...this oil spill is so perfect in that way we are seeing how life is trumped by BP's profit margins. And I LOVE that BP is a foreign company/Multi National...it's time we sane Americans wake up
@MrLesWhite Your ignorance is clearly irreplaceable. Keep on blabbering my slow friend, perhaps someday everyone will be as equally stupid as you and then you can make your truly perfect society where only half the people are starving to death...
I really liked psychetruth till I see they feel they have to have show cleavage to get viewers to "view their view". I am unsubscribing, and will really miss the psychological vids that I have enjoyed so much. It's sad. I don't really care for Obama and do consider him "suspect" of caring for the condition of America. It takes more than cleavage to get me to listen to a six minute video.
The evils of socialized medicine unfairly burdening upper and middle class Americans to keep some poor people living. If you can't afford insurance, well, sorry. Don't you realise how tough middle-class Americans have it?! There are still a few percentage people out there richer! We couldn't possibly have that, so please poor Americans, go off to the corner and die quietly.
What is happening is that the "Progressives" feel that the American people have been dumbed down enough by now, that their consciousness no longer tells them what reality actually is. So these political progessive leaders are able to promote what ever they want, and the people are helpless to know what to do about it.
@jigbuild Yep, and the fact that there is no mainstream news source that isn't controlled by a conglomeration of industries that would be more "efficient" if the general population stopped expecting to know all those pesky truths that cut into their profit margins.
This health care bill is far from being clear. It's going to take time to see what is really happening. Let's not lose sight of what is really needed: being healthy.
Look sugar tits you cannot have it both ways...and it was a valiant attempt at advising and interpreting an infantesimal portion of the bill taken completely out of context but you can't critique the administration for trying to take huges leaps in the write direction and essentially pepper your video with Right-est propaganda and turn your nose up at progress when the Republicans choose to regress, and nickel & dime just to try and keep themselves relevant...
Very much agree with ya on all points, yes we need reform, but leave the lawyers out of it... But anytime Government gets involved with something, they screw it up.
The cash for clunkers has not really payed off for the Dealers...
@Alexxc Yes, but it has paid off to some, actually cash for clunkers was a scheme to give the metals from the automobiles to China for there continuing to prop up our dollar.
Eliminate the IRS and all taxes. When it comes to wanting something, people tend to be willing to either pay for it or make arrangements with other voluntary individuals to pay for it and the government should be treated no different. The problem stems from the fact that there is no real way to determine true consent without truly voluntary action and by the way it functions government cannot be considered a thing individuals truly consent to.
What I think is that I don't paying more on my taxes if that helps families who can't afford health care get it. It's also good that if I loose my job, the government will help me afford to buy insurance for myself. "Socialized" does not mean "evil", no matter what propaganda tells you. Speaking of propaganda, I did not sign up for this channel to listen to it. Are you guys funded by the republican party or something?
That's very scary about billing on income. What if I quit my job to voluntarily take a lower paying job? I'll have to apply to a huge government bureaucracy to report my lower income to get a lower bill. Yeah, they'll take forever to make the adjustment and won't give you a refund if you overpaid. Not to mention the yet even greater invasion of our privacy.
This government is completely out of control and so are the people who condone it.
The greater demand will cause the costs to soar. Then the government will ration care. Just like Canada and England, look for long, long waits for an MRI or anything like that. If you ever had a shoulder injury, waiting 6 months for an MRI can be debilitating and really really horrible. The government will favor 50 and under and let the elderly rot (again, like Canada and England).
I'm in Canada so this does not affect me directly, but it would have been more debatable if you also talked about the other little details of this reform like for example what changes will occur in the education sector and who will benefit from them. I know that it was mainly about a very superficial restructure of the health care system in America, but the are other things that people should know about.
You Americans have a crazy health care system. It is designed it seems to me to make greedy doctors even richer. I recommend you read Robert Mendelsohn's 'Confessions of a Medical Heretic'. This book will shock you. Mendolsohn famously wrote 'doctors should be trusted as much as used car salesman'.
@MissLadyboy007 what the hell are you talking about? if anyone is to be hurt the most by these fascist changes its the doctors, which in turn will deny many more millions of americans access to medical care. Good luck in the future driving 3 hours to see a doctor, maybe by that time you'll be dead and they won't have to pay your bill.
I agree, one of the things that colapsed the Soviet Union, is th fact that they wen't bankrupt for being at war for ten years in Afganistan, the more our govenrment spends the more they're going to make us pay for it, wheather it's from taxes or higher healthcare cost.
firstly you look gorgeous today Kayleigh :) , secondly im ok for paying for those who dont have health insurance if in the end it also protects me , i might as well drop my private health insurance company...but what im mostly glad about the reform is about health insurance companies not being able to do much with pre existing conditions
I don't think this a healthcare bill, it's more like a health inshurance bill, I'm amazed to see so many people that fell for this healthcare scam., I think the corperations are controling the politicians, and they're playing off the peoples deperations, they know when people are starving for something, anything they feed the people will sound good., even a Bullshit healthcare bill.
It's not socialized medicine. It forces those 46 million to buy private insurance. The plan is actually another bailout for insurance and revenue enhancement for the gov't. Socialized medicine needs NO insurance. I talked to Europeans recently and they pay 5-15% tax to cover healthcare. The European nations that permit "insurance" require it to be not-for-profit. Most Europeans were very happy with their system.
i look forward to paying for other people who can't pay for themselves. But i guess alot of people don't. I think its the right thing to do, its just really expensive.
Yet i think alot of people who are mad about the expense of healthcare ignore alot of the more pointless ways we waste our money because they can't tag the word "socialist" to it. 940 billion over 10 years comparatively isnt that much, but i understand where youre coming from.
and if we consider further the fact that government doesn't seem to be able to project costs accurately (think social security, medicare, Iraq war etc.), we will realize this is going to cost a hell of a lot more than projected.
@grandmasterqz and we cant afford it: 39.9 million on food stamps, mortgage delinquencies are up to a record, dosens of states are getting ready for biggest budgets cut in a decade, trade deficit is the highest its been since dec, 2008. national debt could reach 100% of GDP by 2015, oil spill has and will ravage gulf coast states tourism and fishing, 43% AMs have > 10k saved, underemployment at 20%, defaults on APT bldgs up 4.6%, $ of vegies up 49.3%, sharp increase in bankruptcies in 2010.
@grandmasterqz so ultimately where is the money going to come from if not more borrowing or more taxes, and it doesn't seem to me that the citizens have any more to give. and considering that the fiat money system is based on "faith in credit" of a nation, then who will be dumb enough to keep on lending us money.
Here in America we squander all our taxes and then some on the parasitic military which produces no wealth at all, pisses off the entire rest of the world, and is a danger to humanity. Most of the high tech crap costing millions the military buys ends up rusting in the desert 10 years later. I hope they keep on flushing money down the toilet on the military; the dollar accerlates faster and faster to being completely worthless every day; its backed by nothing at all, its all fake IOUs.
This bill (now law) will be proverbial nail in the coffin for our nation. This started with Bush and his "gungho" imperialist spending spree and will end in Obama's socialist agenda of "sharing wealth". To poor people that sounds great but what most of them don't realize is that nothing in this life is "free". When will this spending stop?! If this doesn't end soon we will repeat the mistakes of all other nations that have fallen; uncontrollable debt. Keynes' theory DOES NOT WORK!
@FletcherHabit The Health Care Bill was never meant to be free. They conned the AMerican people into thinking it was going to be free for all. They argued over it even! Can you imagine someone wanting to spend more money on the Government?
What do I think? I think this is some texas bullshit with an agenda. This bill sounds good to me. It sounds bad to you because, financially, you must be upper-class. If you're making more money than most of America's population, then yes you should be paying more money. And how dare you utilize an educational channel about "Psychology" to put out you're own political agenda. If more people had consideration and compassion everybody would have health care. I personally found this video disgusting
@1JohnCash1 no one cares what you think. I work hard to pay for my health insurance, it's a part of my budget. I don't want to lower my standard of living for people who are too stupid to do the same as me. You must be one of those who think everyone owes you something....
@antnotforwar You cared because you took time out to respond. Secondly, if you're not upper-class then this bill is not affecting your money at all. If anything it's helping you. I guess you're mis-informed, it's a shame.
@1JohnCash1 No, I'm not upper class. I have a strict budget and live off of a single income. I'm sorry you have been brainwashed by Gov't propaganda, It's a shame
@antnotforwar I guess you don't want to understand that if you're not upper class, it does not harm your budget at all. Why don't you understand that?
@1JohnCash1 Ok, I'll admit that I haven't really took the time to look fully at the bill myself. I'll take more time to look at it. I know one thing the Gov't has never done one thing to help me and I don't think this bill is going to change that. One thing is clear, there isn't nothing I can do about it. Sorry about lashing out at you with my first commit, I can be a bit of a asshole sometimes :)
@antnotforwar And so can I, we're all human, we are all assholes at some point dude. But we're all giving this a try and so far it's going good. If you're middle class and have to take medication more tier leveled medicines are becoming available which makes our medicine cheaper. Those who benefit the most from this bill are our grandparents and seniors and those who aren't able to get jobs in this economy, but in no way is it hurting you. In the future it might actually cut down what you pay.
Looks like there is going to be a war coming.... IRS is arming up... getting ready to use physical force against Americans to terrorize them into paying... but they will get a very rude awakening when "We the People" strike back with equal force.
I Thumbs Downed this video. Psycheturth I am very dissapointed in you for this video.

Does make any sense?
sylve6 1 year ago 5
you know people sit around and complain about the cost of health care in America but we don't actually look at the real problem.

Lanthia 1 year ago
My comment is that most people miss the most important point. The number 1 cause of death in the US is doctors, mainly due to dangerous pharmaceuticals and unnecessary surgeries. More health care will mean more death. Spend a fraction of this money on fully funding the FDA, which is owned by big pharma, and teaching doctors good nutrition, and you will see health problems drop dramatically. Also 1/3 of your taxes go to pay useless interest on the national debt. STOP that, soon it will be 2/3.

@j0hnwi11iams Let's not forget my favorite part of the republican strategy! Koralth 1 year ago
We need socialized nothing. What fu$kin planet are you from?
combatleete 1 year ago
@j0hnwi11iams socialized insurance inevitably turns into socialized medicine because the government will not be able to cover all of the procedures from private doctors. Rationing ensues, as this current law demands, and then people are given a pill instead of surgery. What we needed was more competition, not corporatist collusion between government and big biz. It makes no sense not to allow insurance to go across state lines unless you are an insurance company that doesn't want competition.

@j0hnwi11iams Well regardless of her political ideology, the health insurance program though government would be the biggest epic failure the government has ever devised. It will end up costing 3-4 times the amount of their initial estimates. We need the ability for much more competitiveness in the sector not more of a monopoly.

This government is completely out of control and so are the people who condone it.
furyofbongos 1 year ago 2
The greater demand will cause the costs to soar. Then the government will ration care. Just like Canada and England, look for long, long waits for an MRI or anything like that. If you ever had a shoulder injury, waiting 6 months for an MRI can be debilitating and really really horrible. The government will favor 50 and under and let the elderly rot (again, like Canada and England).
furyofbongos 1 year ago 2
I'm in Canada so this does not affect me directly, but it would have been more debatable if you also talked about the other little details of this reform like for example what changes will occur in the education sector and who will benefit from them. I know that it was mainly about a very superficial restructure of the health care system in America, but the are other things that people should know about.
nicoargca 1 year ago
You Americans have a crazy health care system. It is designed it seems to me to make greedy doctors even richer. I recommend you read Robert Mendelsohn's 'Confessions of a Medical Heretic'. This book will shock you. Mendolsohn famously wrote 'doctors should be trusted as much as used car salesman'.

@MissLadyboy007 what the hell are you talking about? if anyone is to be hurt the most by these fascist changes its the doctors, which in turn will deny many more millions of americans access to medical care.

I can only hope the current administration and congress can be replaced before this bill kills the whole country.

I wonder if all of the Doctors in the US will have their salaries capped. They do that in Canada I believe!

@johnwilsonriley I live in Canada and our Healthcare system is excellent (and free for all! )

@FletcherHabit
But you have far less people right? Something like 34 million?
mandude1988 1 year ago
@FletcherHabit The Health Care Bill was never meant to be free. They conned the AMerican people into thinking it was going to be free for all. They argued over it even! Can you imagine someone wanting to spend more money on the Government?
thecursedland 1 year ago
@FletcherHabit But what percentage of your income is taxed by the government to pay for it?
priapus 1 year ago
@johnwilsonriley no if it costs to much to keep you alive the gov is allowed to cut you off read it lol

@1JohnCash1 stfu jack ass your a moron i make under 20k a year so stfu shes right trash READ IT GOD READ SOMETHING FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE
Tac1981 1 year ago
@Tac1981 Nothing you said made sense. Also, the bill only takes money from those who make 6 figures, so your little 20k is perfectly fine.
1JohnCash1 1 year ago
@1JohnCash1 no one cares what you think. I work hard to pay for my health insurance, it's a part of my budget. I don't want to lower my standard of living for people who are too stupid to do the same as me. You must be one of those who think everyone owes you something....
antnotforwar 1 year ago
@antnotforwar You cared because you took time out to respond. Secondly, if you're not upper-class then this bill is not affecting your money at all. If anything it's helping you. I guess you're mis-informed, it's a shame.
1JohnCash1 1 year ago
@1JohnCash1 No, I'm not upper class. I have a strict budget and live off of a single income. I'm sorry you have been brainwashed by Gov't propaganda, It's a shame
antnotforwar 1 year ago 3
@antnotforwar I guess you don't want to understand that if you're not upper class, it does not harm your budget at all. Why don't you understand that?
1JohnCash1 1 year ago
@1JohnCash1 Ok, I'll admit that I haven't really took the time to look fully at the bill myself. I'll take more time to look at it. I know one thing the Gov't has never done one thing to help me and I don't think this bill is going to change that. One thing is clear, there isn't nothing I can do about it. Sorry about lashing out at you with my first commit, I can be a bit of a asshole sometimes :)
antnotforwar 1 year ago
@antnotforwar And so can I, we're all human, we are all assholes at some point dude. But we're all giving this a try and so far it's going good. If you're middle class and have to take medication more tier leveled medicines are becoming available which makes our medicine cheaper. Those who benefit the most from this bill are our grandparents and seniors and those who aren't able to get jobs in this economy, but in no way is it hurting you. In the future it might actually cut down what you pay.

more taxes = bad for capitalist economies
Their is not way around it. It is an undeniable truth. Limited taxation is necessary, but excessive taxation is destructive.

Looks like there is going to be a war coming.... IRS is arming up... getting ready to use physical force against Americans to terrorize them into paying... but they will get a very rude awakening when "We the People" strike back with equal force.
