This is a theatrical and opera-like performance. Of course it's not going to sound like someone who is just singing it in a run-of-the-mill concert. Also, have you never heard of poetic license? The singer can interpret the words and the music however they would like to, so stop critiquing her performance. However, I do agree that she mispronounced "vaghi", as "gh" in Italian has a hard "g" sound and not a "je" sound.
Very stylized; the interpretation (and make-up) is likely truer to Marcello's time--we have since romanticized this more, and may forget that Marcello predates Mozart by a full generation!

@DesiFuyuko Te explico: No va a tiempo; la pianista siempre la tiene que alcanzar, la ejecución no es la correcta, debe haber expresión corporal, pero no debe verse falso, su pronunciación apesta, su respiración es muy escandalosa, corta palabras, y hace cosas con la voz que no van para ést etipo de piezas, en fin. Te recomiendo escuches a grandes cantantes para poder juzgar a cantantes como ésta. No esta tan jodida, pero pffff LE FALTAN MILLONES DE COSAS!
hmmm strangely aspirated t's, the double consonants aren't held out long enough, and the breathing is a little off, but it's still a well thought out performance.
very beautiful voice, but I don't overly like the delivery of the pieces. I know it is a very moving piece...but I think it's just too over the top. I really liked the idea of being all dressed up. Great high notes, and awesome energy on the the octave jump between the C's. That's one thing I really don't like about me performing this piece I can't get the same sound on my low C's yet...we all have things to work on :)
