yeah great airport that does not help disabled people off a virgin atlantic 747,man with one leg had to walk down stairs from plane then told someone would meet him with a wheel chair when he gets to the terminal,yeah right the poor bloke had to get his cases with a troly all on his own,a boy had to carry his brother down the stairs from the plane because his brother was disabled,plane did not park at a jet way and no one to help anyone get off,what a joke
