you pin a string down in one corner or on another sheet of plywood then tie a pencil to it and draw and that gets you a nice curve

umm you are doing one key thing wrong.. by laying the boards flat it will cause your ramp to warp.. they need to be vertical not horizontal..

only use pallets for a flat bottom if you want your ramp to suck.

Save money and time, use pallets for the flat bottom. Pallets can hold thousands of weight, and easily a couple skaters.

Spread the word, use pallets for your flat bottom. More ramps would be built if people understood this.

Check out my mini ramp vids on my youtube channel. All my 3 ramps where built with pallets, they are all solid. I've never had a hole in the flat bottom, no problem EVER!!!

Spread the word about pallets. Build more ramps, build them faster, build them cheaper!!!!!!!
