You just can't handle the fact that Sasuke is Stronger. Naruto Said he would stop him even if he had to rip his arms and legs off. If you were ahead in the Shippuden manga you would see that team Hawk one. Sasuke has been under a lot. On top of that, he lives trying to kill Itachi, thinking that he is evil. Also, the reason Sasuke one was because his chidori was stronger due to nature manipulation. Kakashi explains it in Shippuden. If you don't beleve me then look it up.
