NO, Bella's lullaby was composed by the same man that composed the rest of the soundtrack for the movie. I'm glad it wasn't Kiss the Rain, too... too fast. This would have been lovely for it, but I'm glad they made an original song for it and didn't just use something already made. The book says it's something Edward composed, not something that's already been heard before. Considering Edward is over 100 yrs old, this would already be in his catalog somewhere. Wouldn't work. <3 it though.

I agree that this song is beyond gorgeous - I listen to it all the time. I see what they decided on Carter Burwell's composition though. This piece just wouldn't have fit in very well with the rest of the soundtrack and score, and the overall feel of the movie. Good thing this one got out though, people need to hear it. For those asking, this piece of music is performed by Keiko Matsui and is titled "Trees". It's the last song on the album Whisper from the Mirror. You can get it pretty much anywhere CDs are sold, and the whole disk is good. IMHO, anyway.
