Uh...that wasn't a trailer. What you saw was the original short that this movie is based off of, by Shane Acker. (I hope I spelled that right...) And the monster isn't a "robo-dino", fans call it the "cat skull" machine.

And I agree, John C. Reilly is awesome, but it is a little shocking for him to be in a Tim Burton film. I know he'll rock out his part, though!
