I recomend dusk balls i think there better than ultra balls i caught dialga one shot with a dusk ball and only took away a tini bit of its HP.

@magpiemurderer Diagla have a 45/235 catch rate though and not 2/235 as normal legendaries, I THINK they are those numbers.. its fairly confusing, but diagla and palkia have MUCH higher catch rate than the other legendaries

I simply captured all the Regi monsters from Pokemon Sapphire version, and migrated them to Platinum. By doing this, you can catch Regigigas without the dumb thing from Toys R Us.

I have a skyther with the TM false swipe(obtained from Veilstone City Department Store), which brings the pokemon no lower than 1 hp.Then i used my bellossom with sleep powder to put it to sleep. Knowing that it was level 1, i through a nest ball at it and caught it. Hope this helps.
