By 2071, if you were born in 2000, your age in health will be about 50s today actually due to advancements in medical science. also, if we got our shit together and started aiming for space colonies and transforming FAST we could get a bebop like situation by about 2045 to be VERY optimistic. The quick advancement would probably spread regulation and law enforcement thin, quickly creating a situation similar to that cow cowboy bebop. probably just wishful thinking, but hey, a man can dream.
