  • really want to know if those Hookah's will work with the stock air box?

  • @goinsideways136... First of all "THANK YOU" for your time in Iraq, glad to see you made it back home to build such a badass bike... I bought a 1200 sporty myself and about to get started on the custom work. Im like you I do all of the work myself.... I like the springer seat and fender, HELL I LIKE THE WHOLE DAMN THING.. nice bike dude...

  • Im actually talking about the bike after all the custom work, this comment was for the video you made after the new paint... I fuked up and put comment on wrong vid.....

  • Small brains for such a big heads. You just buy out of a catalog and bolt on. Anybody can do that! Have you ever welded anything or chopped anything on those things, NO I don't think so

  • @TESTOSTERTONE dude check out my other videos. I do all my own work including paint.

  • never buy a

sportster, the engines suck .... EVO or Shovel and also bobbers dont have swingarms. A true bobber is a hardtail and you dont push a button to start it

  • whats with the exhasts ....looks ugly that way

  • did you paint those

  • The those handlebars Twisted makes some sick shit dont they!!!

  • asdf

  • asdf

  • asdf

  • sdf

  • Oklahoma city, eh? I noticed the comment you made about an Ironhead. I just happen to live in Enid, Ok and have an '84 Iron. Wanna trade? Also I found this video by looking for these same pipes. The website says these pipes won't work with a kidney tank, but I noticed yours bolt right up.

  • not sure what a kidney tank is but yea they bolt right up. im riding from anchorage to moore in august. check out my updated pics

  • i live in stillwater

and my uncle that lives in palmer ak

has ridin out a few times

i have done a little riding up in alaska

  • sorry bro. you gonna be all right?

    military or contractor?

  • military

  • when goinsideways136 was over in Iraq. You were playing with your starwars fig's

landsolo. people need to just all get along like us H.O.G. owner's I have meet a lot of people over the years going to meetings and hanging out with H.O.G. owners but the jap. bikes always want to ride with the harley owners and we let them you know why because they are still bikers just like us maybe you should get a bike add stop f@$#ing with us HOG owner's talking about push rods witch you know nothing about.

  • i have been riding 365 days a year for the last 12 years on a variety of bikes including triumphs, ducatis, and a few rice burners.

Where I live the majority of the Harley riders trailer their bikes to a riding area and spend more time polishing their chrome and showing off their brand new "harley" gear than riding.

It has become a bike fashion show.

I do know a thing or 2 about push rods, and so does every other manufacturer worth a shit, which is why they now use a cam chain or the like.

  • just so you know...i hate the HOG group! your right is a bunch of rich dueshebags who by into a "lifestyle'. dress like pirates just to go tho the dealership to have their turn signal bulb fixed. my bike has NEVER been worked on at a harlely shop and never will be. i bought the sportster to chop up and to cruise on. ill be riding my bike from anchorage alaska to oklahoma city in august. screw bagger dousches, we really ride....

  • good luck on your ride, and glad to hear you're a true biker.

  • sounds like you have a lot of experience. I'm gonna be riding my shadow spirit from kentucky to new hampshire. Got any advice? Thanks.

  • hey harley, when you wake up and start making a modern engine, aka. no push rods, let us know.

almost all new harley riders are a bunch of blow hards, who like to roll around and make a bunch of noise.

    r.u.b.b.e.rs, rich urban bikers.

harleys go like shit, handle like shit, brake like shit.

    get a real bike.

  • hey landsolo, when you stop acting like a retarded 12 year old on youtube post something useful. im not rich doushebag. did a year in iraq to pay for this bike so why dont you do society a favor and die. thanks

  • who will be my first brother?

    hdaproject . blogspot . com

    thanks,

  • i would only buy a harley if they were half the price they retail for

  • Thats what i said until i rode one.

  • You'll have to stick to the rice burner then.

  • I agree they are really expensive....until you ride one lol. I owned a honda shadow for 4 years, a yamaha maxim for 6 months (my first bike,) and a yamaha xs 400 before I bought my Iron 883......there is no comparison. I loved the shadow and my buddy rides an 1100 that is nice so don't get me wron I like um too, but harleys are just in a league of their own!

  • Same here, I owned various Honda's, Kawasaki's, and Suzuki's over the last 22 years. Thought the same thing until I rode one. Well put Gooch, Harley's are in a league of their own.

  • Great lookin' bikes. Did you have to bend your kickstand? I put solid struts on my FXR and now it's just about vertical with the kickstand down. I always look for a low spot on the pavement to plant the stand so it won't tip. Gotta do somethin' about that.

  • did you get the derby cover and inspection cover powder coated?

  • good lookin bikes.

i bet they fuckin haul ass.

  • Nice bikes bros. Love the look and the sound. Nice AMERICAN IRON !!!

Ride Safe and Live Free !!!!!!!

  • With Japanese parts tho...ASSEMBLED in the U.S.A....

  • the pop of that particular 2-1 is great, theres a few others on here that have the same pipe and they all sound mean. would you say the low end torque loss is severe?

  • awesome bike man, I have an 07 superglide. thinking about the apes as well. Do they make a kit to extend everything or do you have to fabricate it yourself? I mean the wiring anyway, I know you can get longer brake lines and throttle cable. Again awesome bike!

  • why do you prefer struts?

  • love the slammed look!

  • O i see it looks badass but does it make it way harder on your butt haha

  • did you have to have any special holes drilled in the bars for the inverted mirror?

  • nope just unbolt and flip them.

  • is that a martin bros exhaust? did you get in raw finish and then podwer coat it or did it come coated? what size apes are those and did you have to extend any cables or use the stock ones? alot of Q's huh? i'm getting an 09 in a bit and i wanna have all my shit together ya know!

  • the exhaust is from twisted choppers already coated. the apes are 12 inch and i had to extend eerything.

  • I just got these pipes thanks to your video!! Did you need to rejet your carb? If so, what size jet did you use?

  • my bike is fuel injected but if you have a carb you will need to rejet

  • very interesting mods.

  • how does the nightster ride with the rear struts?

  • like a magic carpet lol. pretty rough

  • 2 Great Bikes.

  • are those gimp hangers? sick bike btw man

  • iver had any prolem getting your pant legs getting caught up in the belt drive since you took the cover off? thought about taking mine off but was worried about pants getting caught in it.

  • nope no problem.

  • Nice scoots, I just left Anchorage 4 months ago now I'm riding my Nightster in Fl.. What kind of apes are those? And what size? Thanks

  • where did u get that exhaust from that is bad ass?????

  • where can i find pipes like those, got a website for the guys you bought from?

  • btw that '42 had a 30" knuckle ...(someone correct me if I'm wrong) no where near the power and smoothness of the big bore evos that power your two hotrods. I think it was automobile magazine that published that article. Definately a good read.

  • yea knuckles are badass but not much power stock from back in the day. the new evos run nice and smooth. but i would trade mine for a kicksart iron head any day

  • Nice bikes...yeah alaska...I can imagine you guys get into some places up there where having 700+lbs. of bike would be a major disadvantage. (Enter the mighty sporty!) "A bike for the boondocks" was one of the finest articles I ever read about motorcycling in alaska. It was a '42 war harley with the off highway tires and granny gearing. It smoked arse in the backcountry. Nice vids and extra nice sportys. *****

  • Fuckin sick bikes guys.

  • sweet!

  • overall, would you recommend those pipes?

  • hell yea the bike rips

  • that 1200 is looking sweet.

  • Are running baffles in the first bike?

  • nope. straight headers

  • like your buddies 883. really looks like a nightster. and of course you bike. where did you get that exhaust? im looking for something cheep for my nightster till i can afford samsons or v&h shorts.

  • well my exhaust was not cheap man

  • Do those pipes have o2 sensor spots?

  • nope

  • Did u lose a lot of bottom end with those pipes?

  • lostbottomend but has screaming topend. hypercharger, twisted choppers exhaust and pcIII workeout good

  • Overall, would you recommend them?

  • Nice Bike!!! Please tell me where you got those bars from...I've been searching everywhere.

  • i bought them from road6customs off ebay

  • Hello... excuseme, What did you do with the rear shoks? is that safe?

  • there isnt any. original harleys were rigid so im guessing it depens on the rider

  • Looks awesome, but that shouldn't be safe on Mexico.... (All the streets are a piece of crab),,,, thanks for the answer,,, great bike, im going to test and 440 progressive suspension 12",,,,, im looking for a Vintage Short handlebars from Roland Sands, its 7,5" rise, do you think that I have to change the cables???

  • Where is that springer seat on the second one from?

  • thank you

  • what kind of exhaust is on the first bike??

  • its exhaust built by twisted choppers out of PA
