What a way to pass the time, but we are gonna be smart, if you do go to places like haunted houses or graveyards, bring some salt with you for precaution, and see if you can figure out how to make or buy an EMF, it couldn't hurt, and like they said , don't drunk or high when you go, you could fall and hit your head, or do something you regret.

Think about your soundings, outside, IR lights, cool weather. We know that bugs are attracted to IR light, we have security cams at home that show the same moth ghost....it was a moth or a bug. The spider caught our moth ghost. IR lights attract bugs, don't believe me? Test it for yourself. ORBs outside! What floats in the air outside ? Orb's are not ghosts. Also my opinion on your video. It really doesnt give good tips for beginner ghost hunters. You should have listed more of the equipment that you need to verify ghost activity. And by watching this you're telling everyone to just go to their local cemetary to catch ghosts when they could basically be anywhere, I would've mentioned looking up online to find haunted buildings in your area instead of the stereotypical cemetary.

I Agree with the orb thing being almost certainly as you pointed out-Insects,dust and one you left out moisture such as fog or very light rain. I also think that cemetaries by and large are uneventful-having said that,I became an ex-skeptic/debunker after having my most intense experiences ever in a cemetary over several weeks of investigating in Ila, Ga. 60 miles N of Atl.and another quality experience in Great Falls, Montana... those 2 are the exception after being in hundreds of cemetaries.

I'm sorry, but all you got there is dust and insects. dust reflects light from the flash and insects flying in front of the camera create that visual effect of being blurry, long, and multi-winged which are often confused for "rods", which "evidence" of such beings have been proven only to be insects.

Is there electricity in the house where you're working? If you get sick, nauseated, headachey, check to see if there are power cords, eletrical lines in the area where you're feeling ill. An high EMF (Electro magnetic field) will cause those symtoms as well as paranoid feelings etc...
