  • it's great to see turntable's being played as instruments and not turntable's, if you can mix two records together, that's o.k, but if you can scratch, that's different..if you can do both really fucking well, your made :-}

  • Man i gotta say, native instruments and paul edwards are losing hard if they have to hire offensive, confused, idiots to lurk on youtube. Ill just stick with my mpc and advise no one to buy how to rap or a native instruments maschine. And as for dse5679 10 11 12 and all the rest of you spam fuckers get together and sprint for the nearest cliff.

  • @MrLetsskatenow amen, dude!

  • What beautiful evolution. Nothing more inspiring than seeing someone just do their own thing! - Peace

  • one of the best turntablist artists EVARR :) you haters gotta understand that this kind of turntablism isn't about spinng a crowd pleasing set with loads of tunes, its showcasing the technicalities of using decks, and he got MADD skills! if i could understand and manipulate vinyl and decks like he can i would be very very happy and probably have too much time on my hands :P

  • @hannahnahna does he really do that much technical stuff though? i think kid koala is a little overrated (in my opinion), but i can see how some people would really really enjoy his stuff. I just don't really dig his music =)

  • @MEKON17 Yeah for sure, i went to see him two weeks ago, he had three decks with three vinyl on each and was alternating between 9 vinyls making up his own little track it was awesome :D

  • I have to be honest, this performace is so far away to be a good one. the idea is good but the performance... man... honestly... sucks.

  • would love to know what records they use.. i know charlie brown sound track for some of the more well known tracks but anyone know?

  • i dont know the exact tracks, but i know that a good place to find vocals like on part one of this video is to look for old disney records where its a book read aloud by someone, theres usually a lot of good stuff on them or just any book read aloud idk if that helps

  • @daxwelsh thanks yeah already have the jungle book Lp... its really hard to find long, simple trumpet notes, that arent on top of a drum beat. oh well, i will keep diggin. if anyone finds anything and wants to share the wwealth, write back!

  • P-love on the decks and Kid Koala on keys.

  • this is magical

  • im trippin.

  • Beautiful, the Kid got skills.

  • Kid Koala is a mad Dj scientist from Saturn........Mad props.

  • song is sikk.

    mad props to Koala.

  • Being a great musician isn't about being able to play so much as it's about being able to hear. - Keith Richards

  • I would give my soul to see this shit live 1 time for real

  • I've literally just got back from seeing him ( he was playing 45 minutes ago), he's absolutely out of this world!!

  • sombody know the name of these songs.......???

    thanks...

  • he says it in the video... the first is called page 275 and the next is 328 they are from the nufonia must fall album

  • dude this inspired me so much and brought my tablism to the next level

  • the best of the best

  • interesting

  • ...emo turntabilism? That has to be one of the most messed up "genres" I have ever heard of.

  • First time I've heard of that - might just catch on :-)

  • thats p-trix

  • i meant p-love oops

  • dude that dose in even look like you.

  • a gay fag hmm not a straight fag?

Kid Koala is dope shit! thanks for posting this dope vid

    (=^-^=)

  • know what vinyl at 1:49

  • thats MUSIC man, sweet

  • i noticed that on the records theres yellow marks. they look like piece of tape what does that signify?

  • its just markers if when a sample starts, some dj's use them as a clock so at 12 it will start, some place the sticker right on the beat so when you drop the needle on it it plays exactly when you want (without using head phones) or for "backspinning"

  • I think the tape is used to set cue points on the records so that he knows where to drop the needle for a particular song our sound.

  • yes.

  • Damn He must not be a true musician, he's not winning any dmc's, holy s**t

  • this is art, not a competition

  • fuck u nigga u aint winnig shit

  • YO... Don't be ignant dog...

  • just protecting my pride

  • Your name is demonslayer911... go kill yourself.

  • your a gay fag u know that

  • tosser

  • i JUST WANT T0 C0NTiNUE THiS L0NG REPLY LiST.

  • dam every were i go everyone is swinging on kid koalas nuts i think hes good and all but lets be real, do u honestly see this stuff wining a dmc , or maybe im wrong and im just not "ready" for this, "ahead of its time", style

  • There's a lot of great DJ's that never even come close to winning DMCs.

  • Kid koala is the one playing the piano, in the yellow. P-Love is the small guy in the beginning.

  • thats not even kid koala, its p-love i think.

  • Kid koala is the best turntablist out there, by far. I've seen a fair number of djs in concert and his show was miles away from the rest.

  • this is just some next level shit. I've seen Kid Koala perform live - the cat definitely has chops.

  • wtf, I didn't understand a shit what you said..

  • what the fuck man; there is shit? WHERE IS THE SHIT

  • hehe, at first you dizzing rthe videos I upload here and now your dizing me for not understanding. I really thought that people from UK are smart and I like all the accents BUT what the fuck; here we go with some motherfucker trying to grow up his penis on youtube and at the same time dizzing Kid Koala videos. Just fucking shoot yourself in the head.

  • @dse5679 dude, you got some serious racism issues

  • @dse5679 quit trying to control people. to each his own.

  • @dse5679 I'm guessing your about 10 years old with no musical experience whatsoever...this is intelligent scratching..creating seperate tunes from a record intelligently..dj craze is a legend but you cannot say anything bad about Kid Koala and his accomplise. Grow the fuck up and realise that hip hop doesn't start and end with DMC champions you fuck up :{ thats the beauty of music, these guys are taking it there.

  • these songs are called: "page 295" & "page 328"...

...Kid Koala is- Pure Dope !!!

  • no headphones either

  • plove ripps!!!!

    cee

  • that other dude... does he do solo shit?

  • Being a musician I sometimes tend to take a conservative site on what's "real music" and what's not. These guys definitely show how they turn the turntable, a technical device, into a musical instrument. Nothing but respect! Absolutely awesome.

  • What song is this?

  • that dude is short

  • He's sat down!

  • Isn't this part of their Nufonium tour?

  • Yeah, it's P-love

  • I LOVE this, I only heard of him yesterday!

  • They got it, enyojed ur stay in berlin, nice concert.

See him if u can, not forgot to mention Lederhosen Lucil.

  • I love watching music happening when it's this intimate

  • real musik

  • I have no clue :<

  • the other dj, i beleive is P-Love

  • Who is the other dj

  • p-love
