with heavier rims the car has better traction just learn how to properly lunch and shift and you will do better times for sure

Man 98% of people on yuotube dont know shit.
Heavy wheels slow you down regardless on accelerating. You get traction by good tires, and a good launch.
belive me when you go to the track its a reality check.
I ran 14.2 @ 99mph....All stock. First time i ran the track I did a 14.9. It got better the more passes I did.
The track is far different from the street.

Not really. Thats actually not a bad time at all for those heavy rims. YOU take you're car to the track, and you can see a reality check.
