  • @TakeBackTheWorld more like lock jaw

  • @TakeBackTheWorld its just iron and aluminum it wont cause organ failure....

  • @13RuffRyder

Wait, really? That's all there is in Thermite?

  • @TakeBackTheWorld 2 part iron oxide and 1 part aluminum powder, a bit of magnesium if you want easy ignition and yeah thats it. Iron is the result of the chem reaction btw.

  • @13RuffRyder no but it will fuck you up

  • Okay, what is Thanksgiving?

  • name of song thanks?

  • Lame.

  • Ding fries are done!

  • hows is your thermite black?

  • @vamsterr he uses iron (II) oxide, that is black.

  • @fsaavedra12j thanks bro.

  • @fsaavedra12j red.

  • I hate when people waste food! Idiots....

  • Un tacchino morto per niente ...

  • i bet at 1:16 she wants to run away

  • You guys are amazing. Thanks for the video - it's kind of horrifying that you need to add the disclaimer at the end "do not try this at home". All the best to you.

  • Nice and crisp.

  • Well, this is a disappointment I was kinda hoping it would have incinerated the turkey...

  • You sure it was cooked? looked a little underdone to me.

    ease your sphincters you pussies

  • wow that's really stupid

  • i call the wishbone

  • It looks like it's still raw in the middle, LOL

  • isn't it a little toxico or cancerogenous?!?

  • We could have used that yesterday to speed-cook the damn ham my mother forgot to cook right before dinner.

  • G-d I'd love to try this!

  • See you guys again at christmas? :D

  • Why are people crying over how this turkey should have been used to feed some poor family, rather then it being waste like that. I mean come on, a lot more money has been spent on making movies and tv shows, for the sole purpose of entertainment.. which is exactly what this video does.

  • @bender912219 moral-fags nevar forget.

  • @bender912219 exactly. If you want to bitch at people wasting things then dont go after the people wasting the smallest things, go after the big guys wasting millions of dollars worth of usable goods.

  • @bender912219 im not even upset that food wasnt given to a poor family its kinda dumb how they mande an actual dinner tho w/stuff besides turkey just so they could blow it up

  • @bender912219 arnt you watching this for entertainment???

  • @bender912219 exactly, money is that disgusting barrier thats keeping countries from feeding poverty stricken countries

  • @Ir0nF1st924 Money, and greenpeace. lol.

  • I guess the physics werent enough to make you realize this would never be possible :D enjoy that crispy meat.. ugh

  • @micpei Waste?!?!? THIS MADE MY FUCKING DAY!!!!!

  • oooh, haha! that is sooooo funny! You fu**ing morons, where's the joke? This bloody turkey died not for your entertainment.

  • @GrossmeisterB80 you might as well say the same to huntsmen

  • @GrossmeisterB80 Who's turkey crawled up your ass?

  • Clean up looks pretty simple.

  • Man, I'm glad this turkey met a charred, iron-filled end, instead of being on some hungry family's dinner table.

  • Metal!

  • done!

  • You dudes are delightfully insane!

  • Haha I love the people crying about the 'waste of food'. Fuck you hippies!

  • Incredible waste of food...

  • what on earth how did the turkey survive that cant that shit burn through concrete ?

  • Is it just me or did the center of that meat look a different color? Like the color of raw turkey.

  • LOL@ letting the little girl light it up

  • Fuckin' typical hick-tard Americans. Seriously.

  • @AndieMoepse - Typical anti-American response. Seriously.

  • @samgraves2

learn to read, dumbass. Anti-HICK-TARD American response.

  • Lame & stupid. Wasted turkey & film. Typical scenario that get's the "DOUCHBAG" response.

  • YAY! TURKEY FALL!! DOWN THE TABLE WOOHOOO! 5/5 GOOD VIDEO!!!!

  • gosh... they used thermite on mythbusters once it was the episode when they split this car in half

  • Fucking gay. Waste of minutes of my life.

  • its still raw on the inside

  • And I thought deep frying a turkey was dangerous. Yeek!

  • well appart from the iron and aluminium oxide that is now on the turkey a fine way to cook^^

  • Can I have the directions for cooking a LIVE Turkey?

  • Looks a little burnt.

  • waste of turkey and thermite...

  • yeah not edible

  • tia is kinda hot

  • I'm sure others have posted this... but THERMITE is aluminum powder mixed in a ratio to rust powder... It has to be lit by a very very hot flame... Usually using a Magnesium ribbon.... But... word to the people out there: THERMITE WILL BURN EVERYTHING, I've heard stories of it eating through the hood, engine and blacktop of a parked car. Honestly... I wouldn't mess with it... Stick to your classics Gasoline and Roman candles.

  • @Havoc0588

Agree, it is dangerous and it can spit all over the place. But you are wasting your time if you think anyone will listen. I got sick of 15 year olds telling me it is safe.to mess about with, even that they do not need any special safety gear like eye protectors so I let them get on with it.

  • Mmmm. It looks thermolicious!

  • is that safe to eat?

  • @mfirebird3000 The reaction leaves behind aluminum oxide, which is slightly toxic. It also leaves behind molten iron, so you would have to be very careful because it can burn you.

  • wow turkeys also spontaneously combust :D

  • i like mines xtra crispy too!

  • Honey, the turkey's on fire!

  • you actually ate that turkey? Yuck!

  • That is what i call a Turkey!

  • Got damit! It has been cooked properly!

  • " Oh look, it's not even black on the bottome" =D

  • You are ripe for psychiatric observation

  • LOL TERMITE VS THERMITE

  • Mmmmm, tasty Thermite.

  • these guys obviously have too much spare time on their hands

  • @jjmqwerty and money

  • can i haz a piece?

  • love the song... who's it by?

  • Wow that turkey would be crunchy as fuck on the inside

  • @Cla0016 bwahahahahaha "crunchy as fuck on the inside" xD!

  • at first it looked like a nuke on the table

  • be sure to be ready for the inevitable 3:54 A.M. crash-knock raid by the Prevention of Cruelty to Turkeys Association

  • Dark meat, please... well done....

  • Ok, you can burn down your house, please post the video soon or i will lose interested

  • That was pretty fantastic.

  • Ебланство полное ... Пендосам не понять реальную цену продуктов, материалов и труда, которые они превращают в говно А в это время сдох от голода еще один тощий нигер в какой-нибудь эфиопии.

  • I've known people who don't need thermite to cook like that......XD

  • rednecks

  • Waste of a perfectly good bird..... no wait!!.....I like my turkey extra crispy!!

    LOL!

  • What can you do... Mail the turkey to them?

Like if i trow a potato away... So what?

What could I do with that potato?

  • put it in someone you dont likes muffler

  • fuck off.

  • @ASSEMblerEX: And what are you gonna do about it? That's right. You can't do a thing.

  • So......... Just where does a person get thermite??

  • hell just make it. Ferric Oxide (Rust) and Aluminum Powder

  • @jonwelder

you go to ebay look up iron oxide it is like 2.99 for a pound buy a couple etch a sketch or look for fine aluminum and it is a 3:1 ratio 3 grams of iron oxide for 1 gram of powdered aluminum

  • wonder what would happen if somone dropped a ton of thermite in a bomb shell where the impact ignites it

  • When they cut off a slice of the turkey it was two different colors. I suspect that if one cut a little deeper into the turkey it would be raw. When one cuts into a cooked turkey the breast meat is a uniform color all the way through. So in the end they didn't cook the turkey, they just played with some thermite and thanksgiving was the excuse to do so. In the end? Layyyyyyyyyyyyyme!

  • I need thermite!

  • you can mix it yourself

  • @playswithknives Then make it!

  • dinners done

  • uhh guys i think the turkey is ready

  • You guys rock, do something else with explosions XD

  • did it burn through the concrete?

  • mr firestone...its mr stone...totally random find on youtube...love it

  • cant believe that worked - it survived.

  • I call a leg :X

  • I would like my steak well burnt.

  • wow tia... didnt think you could do that...

  • so who wants turkey?

  • wouldn't the turkey be like super toxic?

  • nope, thermite is just iron and aluminum

  • iron oxide and aluminum, iron oxide is rust so can't you get rust poisoning from eating termite?

  • Rust in and of itself is not toxic. It is the bacteria that commonly live on rust that cause rusty objects to be hazardous. Since the Iron oxide in the thermite is converted to pure iron in the reaction, and has been sterilized by the heat, there is no danger. After all, rust is what makes your blood red:)

  • Cooking a turkey - yeah right, more like cooking the entire dinner table and everything on it!

  • The turkey is real, but are you sure your thermite isn't blackpowder? it looks so, apart from that the table didn't burn or melt.

  • Yep, quite sure. It's the same stuff we use on TV. We started with a frozen turkey (why spend a whole day thawing a bird when you've got all this leftover thermite?) and the specific heat of water (4.2 J/(g·K)) which is the primary component of animal tissue and the fusion energy of ice is much, much higher than the specific heat of steel (0.45 J/(g·K)) and other metals.

If you ever need to hide from thermite, you're much safer hiding behind a wall of frozen turkeys than a steel car door.

  • looks quite well done. :.p

  • mmmmmmm tasty

  • haha gross

  • That is hilarious. Screw ovens and deep frying.

  • doesnt it leave chemical resideues ??

  • Thirty seconds ohhhhh I want it now!

  • The last time i checked...this stuff isn't edible. Iron Oxide and Aluminum Oxide? Yeah, the residue can't be good for you, I don't care what anyone says. Everything leaves a little bit of residue.

  • i have seen thermite go thru a car how did a turkey survive

  • I wonder if that leaves a metallic flavor...

  • it still looks under cooked to me

  • Even more amazing than the turkey being EDIBLE is the table surviving! (Mostly.)

  • and what do you do for a job? i bet it isn't as good as this.

  • @boom1208 i shoot chickens at airplanes out of a cannon. best job ever

  • @dragonlord42291 Yeah some how I tend to doubt that you shoot a chicken cannon.

  • @boom1208 You don't seriously think that THEY have a job, do you??
