I'm glad I was never raised with religion or Santa Claus and I find NORAD tracks Santa to be the most absurd thing ever. If parents want to teach their kids about Santa, go right ahead(even though I am opposed to that), but the reason why we have is so we can get educated. The media should ONLY report things that are true.

@cholorockabilly NORAD doesnt track commercial jets. they track anomalies military jets and ICBM's. If the planes were being tracked there was no way of knowing where they were going or where they were supposed to gobecause they do not handle air traffic control. Maybe next time you see something that doesnt look right try to rub a few brain cells together to come up with a logical answer.

I know he is real, in christmas 2007, when I was 10, santa was there, I had just woken up and saw him stacking all the presents down on the sofa, then I went down the stairs to say hello then when I went down the stairs and turned on the lights, he was done and flew of who knows where.

I was a teacher who saw kids devastated when they learned that everyone (especially their moms)were pulling a big joke on them, and other kids were making fun of them. I've seen tears, and angry, ugly accusations. Then once they accept the truth, they turn the tables and make fun of the next group. It's like hazing almost. There is no issue if you explain that Santa is a "pretend" person, and that "we" like to pretend we get gifts from him. I thinks kids need reality.
