Plan your videos extensively before making them to speed them up. I suggest you have some kind of general script of what you are going to be talking about. Your videos are painfully slow. People don't have the time to spend 10 minutes watching a video that could have been done in 1, if all the pauses and ums and ehs were taken out. Having said that you are different which makes you interesting to people.
Can you do a video talking about your childhood? I think that would be interesting topic.
