Bloody hell that was painful to watch! I have never seen anyone pouch up slower than this! How slow do you deliver??!! And your bundles are so small - if you have flats etc why not just group them into bigger bundles instead of havin to keep reaching into your bag? You say you leave your bag somewhere...surely you don't do one bundle, go back to the bag, do another, go back etc......?
I worked for Royal mail.... truly i feel sorry for the posties... they work so hard for little money and they get treated like dirt by the scum managers.... 1 of the managers at the south high wycombe sorting office could barely speak english and smelt of bo... he was an awful man
@london2resistance Hi mate! I think its around 550-600. I used to do it in about 2 and a half hours on average, mostly as i walk too fast, there are alot of old peoples homes and flats on this one... and also i overloaded my pouches just so i could get done early and sneak out of the office LMAO! (I am no longer a postman as my managers were.... lets say "very unprofessional".. yes...
@Nightmareworld I overload my bags all the time. Hmm depends on ur health and stuff. Royal mail rules like 8kg bags maximun for going up hills, and first 2 bags 16k and ur last like 10. just dosent work, end of the day what ever it takes to get the job done
I was actually going slowly because i was getting a lift out with a late pouch driver who was out doing packets. I had to wait for him to get back so i didnt rush.
Thats because alot of them are bundled into small roads or flats where i can leave my pouch somewhere! No point carrying weight when you dont have to.
It's a perfectly fine reply due to the fact all of the places i leave my pouches are secure. Either a pouch box or a secure cupboard on the ground floor. I refuse to leave my pouches vunerable to theft.
haha, i have my royal mail polo on under my jacket.. that and my fleece and hi-vis i put on at the end is the extent of my uniform. I get away with my jeans all the time :p
That looks like the St Albans sorting office, I can tell by the lighting.
