I think Ukulele Mike had the same problem a few months ago. Is it true if you include chord diagrams and put in a disclaimer that it is an instructional video then they can't touch you.

I remember OLGA (Online Guitar Archive) making some such disclaimers so that the sheet music companies could not force them to take down TABS and lyrics.
