I remember an old photo of Jim as Ernie with Richard right-handing him. All I can picture is them smiling and waving to us all.

I find it ironic that Jim Henson's eulogy would be done by Richard Hunt, who died a little more than a year after Jim. By the way, September 24, 2011 would have been Jim Henson's 75th birthday.

@kennons060911 But The Muppets are still there... and although Jim isn't overseeing the new stuff, his wife and kids are carrying on his vision. With how much they care, I am thankful for that. I would hope The Muppets are around when I have kids.

... I hope the rest of the show gets a DVD release for reasons like that as well...
