he does absolutely right applying foundation after finishing the eyes. cuz if do the opposite way, you'll have tiny layer of dark eyeshadows under the eye. messy!

or you can apply white or loose powder on the under eye area first to protect the skin. then you just swep it out with a fan brush

WoW, he put the foundation and the concealer AFTER applying the eye makeup. I have never seen that done before, I always thought it was the opposite. But I can see that applying it after, created a nice clean up for any fall out. NICE!
