ummm well personally what i like about the plan would be set one about the prepping and the fat loss phase but now people are looking for lean models not bulking so i recommend extending the muscle prep phase to a 2 month thing and then do the fat loss phase and also instead of reps of 10 do them in 12-15 you see the failure result more
