Hey PeacefulVibes, I have eaten there a few times when in USA and they used gloves actually. This is for the promo I guess. Besides if your healthy those bad bugs are no problem. Planet Raw is one of my top 5 favorite places to eat. It's not dirty at all and Juliano is a down to earth, awesome guy. The food is good too, try the sushi! Anyone who likes a chill environment and appreciates gormet taste needs to go if they haven't already. Highly recommend it.

This place allows people to eat and watch the food being prepared at the bar and they do in fact use gloves. Juliano invented raw foods and you can tell by the dishes that his hearts in it. Chill vibe meets gourmet taste and service. Juliano's at the restaurant most the time, you should go over and meet him don't take my or anyone's word for it.

I love Juliano's Raw, they are the BEST restaurant in the WORLD! and yes, their chefs always wear gloves when preparing food and hair nets. The restaurant has an A grade rating, and exquisite, delicious food! YUM!!! Go in and try it yourself.
