Hehehe... Well, you can get its complete episodes through eMule, but without any subtitles.
I didn't understand New Cutey Honey completely, but this anime is sukoi! :D
I think you can get with subtitles perhaps in French or German versions. :)

Amazon has it. Look for "Shin Cutey Honey" and make sure it's the DVD, not the VHS.
