  • so funny lol ha ha ha that is the good recipe

  • That's one of the secret of lola's adobo. washing her hands while cooking, in that way she saves time and money. if only we follow lola's style of cooking, we won't have water problems!

  • salamat nanay!!!

  • I was watching this video and thinking "Wow her accent sounds just like my Inay-Is'nt that cool--(then I looked closely at your Nanay's shirt-FORTY NINER-I read) Immediatly I thought--Yeah and this Nanay is cool too!) Yummy recipe Many thanks!

  • I meant to type "weighed"...anyways...i forgot to say lola's english is quite good too! Reminds me again of my lolas and aunts and my very own momma! Kudos to you guys responsible for this vid!I'm actually cooking adobo right now using online help to refresh my memory coz I don't really cook...only when I'm overseas and missing pinoy dishes a lot! Got no choice as there's no pinoy restos round here in this part of Canada. Hahaha!

  • Hahaha! I couldn't help but laugh when lola poured the water and guided it with her hand.Yes that what she did, she kinda wieghed or controlled the amount of water with her hand and not washed her hand with it. That's just typical pinoy cooking. I saw it all the time with my mom and my late lolas...I so miss them so much since I'm overseas right now and I just love our pinoy culture.Good job lola!!! Ths vid gave me a warm feeling. Thnx for sharing guys!

  • Actually... I don't know what you mean cause I don't know you... This video was really meant for my family to see their 93 year old grandma still walking and cooking... I didnt feel I needed to edit the video... but people are allowed to critique or voice their opinions ... it doesnt really matter to me... unless people talk crap about my grandma... then i will go off... so what do you mean?

  • @tinamonte there is no better food than Grandmas

  • One part of this video should have been edited (you know what I mean).

  • what the pak you wash wash the paking hand over there the chicken. That is why I don't trust manangs and lola cook pood. Nanay and lolas homecooked meals are over paking rated. Wash wash hand over the chicken after kawkaw in the CR is no no. Mabuhey!

  • oh wait...did i see...vienna sausage...and...eggs there on the counter/table...? ^___^ reminds so much of the good ol days! haha XD
