My sister infect me with what she thinks is Athlete's Foot and we treated it with Lotrimin Liquid Spray. Her athlete's foot is gone and mine is not yet fully cure. Both of my little toes turned gray and i thought it's a severe cse of athlete's foot but i searched the google and i never find anything like this. So now i think it's Raynauds. I sleep with an electric fan facing directly to my feet and it's cold but i like. Do you think it's really Raynaud's Phenominon i'm experiencing?
My hands went from white to a pale blue/gray color and are still hanging out like that right now. It's been almost three hours now. Guess it's time for me to go to the doctor. Do you think it could be that or not?
I have not been diagnosed with Raynaud's, but I am going to the doctor soon. For the last two years my toes have turned blue when even the slightest bit of chill. In the shower they usually turn white then blue. I find myself cranking up the heat, yet not feeling it. My grandmother passed away from scleroderma at age 30, and I am 24...really gonna get this figured out. Your video made me feel better though, since it has given me a little more motivation to seek help. Thanks :)
@c5gib Yes, definitely get it checked out! Just to make sure. That is how I found out I had Raynauds. I would notice the white toes before the shower and didn't think anything of it.
It's honestly not very dangerous...just keep your hands warm and try to have access to things that can warm your hands. It also doesn't involve thinning of the blood vessels...all it is is that your vessels are over-responsive and constrict readily. =/ If you have a serious case of it where it's easily triggered and you find yourself in a situation where you can't treat it for an extended period of time, yes, it can be dangerous. Most people don't really need to worry though.
Blah. I've had this condition around since 3rd or 4th grade. Now I'm 21 and it's still around haha. Getting tested soon though. Surprisingly it took forever for us to find a doctor that even heard of Reynaud's
hi i have question .... i think i have raynauds but my fingers dont go white before blue .... help! ..and my leg is i dont know how to say it on english ..i kinda dont feel smal part of my leg ... pls help ! :D

@TheDanijel111 It could possibly be Raynauds! Look on Google and there are pictures but next time you go to the doctor let them know! & I'm guessing your leg is going numb but for that definitely go to a doctor to make sure!
My mom doesn't have Raynaud's but her cheeks became huge last night and they won't go down, that never happened before, has anyone had experience with that? Her veins look more prominent now.
It's just crazy stuff, her husband doesn't even care.
I have only just found your channel and so glad I did. You are so youbg to be ill and SUCH an inspiration. I am off to watch all your vids now. I have Lupus Fibromyalgia and Coeliac Disease. My sister has Raynauds and it looks like my daughter may have it, don't know for sure yet
Bahaha! thats how I pronounce it! I never wear gloves during the winter and freaked all my friends out when my fingers turned blue and it wasnt even that cold! It kind of comes with the territory of lupus, I was freaking out when most of my skin kept falling off of my finger tips thats when I found out about my Raynaud's.
I hate the Raynauds. I lived in Colorado for 20 years and suffered so much not knowing what it was. Live in Texas now but still can't put my hand in the freezed for longer than 2 seconds without it being unbearably painful. Thanks you for doing these videos Sam. I hate that you have lupus too but it's nice to see that I have someone that understands what I go through. Great job sweetie:)
@lupiemelly14 I live in Texas now too. Moved here from Wisconsin. I can't grab anything from the freezer either. Or hold anything cold in my hand. Do you have anything other than the Raynauds?
@tiffceleste Hi there. I have Raynauds,Sjogrens,Fibromyalgia,Arthritis, Glaucoma, Cataracts, An aneurysm I'm about to have clipped next week, brain surgery=boo.
Samantha, you need to move to southern cal. It's rare that we have cold days that will affect your condition. Although, it appears that you're defeating that along with your lupus. You owe that to your strength and determination.
I say it the way it looks also! lol I dont know if thats right but thats how i say it :P But my feet and hands turn really white when i get cold. like suuppperrrr white :P
I have lupus with raynaud's too. And I pronounce it just like it is spelled. It is very painful, especially when the blood vessels relax and the blood comes back into my hands and feet. Ouch !!! I always have to keep warm, even in summer. Thanks for the video. You are doing a great thing by informing everyone about lupus.
You are super pretty! Hair tutorial? Even though I know that your channel isn't about beauty and stuff, please do a tutorial on your hair because it's BEAUTIFUL :)
I have Lupus and my fingers have never turned blue but my hands and feet sometimes get really red and white with both heat and coldness. Does this ever happen to you? Could it be a mild form of Raynauds? I've also noticed that the veins in my hands sometimes pop up when I get out of the shower. Has that ever happened to you? If so, do you know what could be causing it?

@jumpdressage4life yeah I'd go to the doctor to check and see what's going on. Just in case cause there can be a more serious condition that follows.

i'm pretty sure you dont lose raynauds.. i don't think the water did anything because its not cold enough to change your entire bodies temperature.
