There's nothing in modern video camera that could be affected by that (quite weak) magnetic field. If it was an old camera, employing vidicon tubes, there could probably be some distorion of the picture.

My guess is that whatever's magnetic in the floor is repelling the clips. so one end is being pushed up away from the floor.

This train was build before the guideline made. The magnetic leakage is weak and isn't harmful to health, but yet, it could erase the data in a credit card when you put it on the floor.

Accoding to the description, tｈｉｓ video is posted by Kobe-shimbun, a newspaper publisher in Kansai area, Japan.

The article says, for some reason, the magnetic field of the train motor is leaking. Electronic moters have electro magnets and today's trains have a magnetic shield between the floor and the motors, which an international safety guideline reccomnds.

Para alzar un clip se requiere de menos de lo que se necesita para dañar la cámara. El campo magnético no es lo suficientemente fuerte para hacerle algo.
