@jango1968 Technically, it has a manual gearbox. And in simplest terms, it just clutches for you. All you do is pull back the paddles. It's like having the shifter separated into 2 paddles and placed on either side of the steering wheel.

I raced this car in my 68 camaro. The GTR lost by about 5 car lanes.The reason I was given for the loss, was that he had his AC on, thus affecting his H.P. and his car was heavier. I had the AC on full blast in my car, plus my vehicle was built in the 60's, requiring tools, not chopsticks to assemble due to the amount of steel incorporated. The only other variable that may have affected the race, was that I dropped off a giant shit before heading out that day, thus making me lighter.

its a V6. SO WHAT!? does it matter if its a V8 or not? the '13 GT-R produces 545hp instead of 485 or 530 and it goes from 0-60mph in 2.8 seconds, matching or possibly even beating that of a Porsche 911 Turbo S PBK or Lambo Aventador...and AMS performance tuned it even more producing 1100hp! its 0-60 time is equal to if not beating the Veyron!

@Zac3538 Technically, the GTR isnt 100% automatic. It has a Dual Clutch transmission, its Tiptronic. That means it has the capabilities of being automatic, but the driver can override the system by simply using the paddle shifters behind the wheel. Thus, making the car both manual and automatic. Its not a TRUE manual car, but paddle shifters make it "one click" shift + or -.
