Nifty! I intentionally picked an apartment that had lots of birds around the last time I moved. (admittedly its because the palm trees are full of little fruits that fall all over and make a mess on the ground, but I'm on the third story, so I get to enjoy the birds in the morning, and not the mess. lol)

Oh my gosh that is so cool! I have little baby house sparrows that commandeered my light on my porch. They will be gone within a week I expect.  I enjoy nature so much. It's wonderful to get a little of that while you're smack in the middle of downtown, Tony!

One time a peregrine falcon flew right in front of me when I was walking home...At first I thought it was a giant robin. :P

Yep :P I was kind of surprised to see one there. It passed in front of me a little too quickly for me to really perceive it as anything but a greyish black blob XD

It hopped around in the tree beside the sidewalk for a while though so I got to get a better look :)

It was probably about 2m from the ground and 2m ahead of me (yay for useless details :D)

Whoa! Thats freakin' awesome!!! I saw a falcon sitting on my neighbors car in front of my place when I lived in L.A. Tried going up to it but it flew off. Magnificent creatures! =D

I think "Sir Falcon" (annspade) was quite nice. He must have a nest he's tending to nearby because they usually find a place to live and stick there. Especially where you live. I had one in a building when I worked near there years ago

Thanks Ann! Yeah, the timing of the footage was extremely lucky. I loved the plane entering the frame too. Really gives you a perspective of the "chaos" that goes around, yet "Sir Falcon" just sat there talking it up. I love that!
