u guys are dumb these products they make r great and worth the money i have went from 4 to 6 pack and got huge arms in 2 weeks tops it is fast and easy i have got people at my school buying them now i have every perfect product i recomend the perfect sit up it tones in supper fast and gives u nice abs thanks for this product ill keep getting people to buy them keep making stuff

ill stick to my ultimate gym pull up bar that has 3 different grips and has 3 styles of grips for push ups.... much better product

75 dollars in canada for it. I wouldnt suggest it to people that are beginners but for people that work out at home and can follow routines it's actually one of the better off tv products

i bought this a few weeks ago and the results are pretty good. you really can feel the burn in every muscle group and I wont use anything else for core strengthening now. I love it
