also look at the tv guide cover fans voted on, Supernatural, a genre show. They don't get the recognition they deserve. Genre shows have precedence with today's audience more than any other. I love Supernatural and think it is a great show! I hope it starts to get the recognition it deserves with more than just the fans. You would think 7 seasons would do that but whatever, it is what it is. Sorry, just really had to say my peace:)

I'm so happy they won both!! and I agree, they should have aired it, but it's no surprise they didn't. Genre categories like sci-fi/fantasy have never gotten shown on the PCA's. I think it's because a lot of people believe it to be an underrated genre, and not worth the time, but in my opinion, sci-fi/fantasy shows are the most popular among the public right now and that alone should be enough. It's about listening to the public and fans who are the ones who watch award shows.

@SoWhyAgain It's ok you didn't miss anything. They aired their thank-yous during red carpet time, they didn't get invited to the ceremony, and they had to pay to have their awards shipped to them. So PCA obviously didn't feel it necessary to honor a show that's going seven seasons strong with one of the largest fanbases and best ratings on television.
