Who cares if it's scripted, it's a good show and Gene Simmons is able to keep it on the air because he is smart. I'll keep watching this show until Gene decides that he's had enough with it and moves on to something else.

Show is total BS. Car breaks down in the desert. Gene loses one of the twins at seaworld. And, the biggest BS, staged part is when the LAPD shows up at their pad when Nick and sophie are having the party. Not real LA Cops, wrong uniforms, squad car with wrong lights...lame

I've gotta say, we love watching the show because Gene and Shannon are so cute together, love their kids, and their kids seem to enjoy them (and making fun of Gene, which is cute). Gene is pretty honest. This world isn't perfect, but this family hangs together, supports each other, and affectionately pokes fun at each other. Better than most I know. JM
