  • That is not sportfisherman, it's draggers. They cannot retain/possess stripers in the EEZ so they are thrown back dead/dying. Happens fairly often off Cape Cod in the fall.

  • This is obviously a mass suicide. These Bass had been ridiculed on "fishbook" for far too long. Those fish responsible for posting cruel things, that drove these fish to this, should be eaten.

  • Could also be Rookie catch & release. Might be better to cut the line at the hook versus digging and hacking trying to get a deep set hook out. It won't take too long for the hook to rust out and the fish will survive. I see it all the time at the lakes in South Carolina.

  • Probably by-catch from draggers, they are not allowed to keep them even if they are dead. Leave the hook fisherman alone and go after the big boys, its so obvious man..

  • This kind of stuff makes me sick. Did you guys figure out what caused that? Those were all nice sized fish that produce a lot of roe.

  • Blame the National Marine fisheries for that one. Conservation at is finest. They have no clue.

  • yeah people suck! ! !
