I really don't understand why people waste their money with Vonage. Over the years, their prices have continued to rise. I have seen pictures of bills which were $40 for a month's service. It's just ridiculous while magicJack customers like me are paying only $20 a year, rather than near $500 for VoIP. The magicJack is so much simpler to set up - just plug it into your computer, and attach a phone. My neighbor ditched his Vonage service for magicJack and he has saved a ton of money

I had an older model that was refurbished, and upgraded to the V-portal. came with three phones which work excellent. i HAVE BEEN with vonage for 10 months now and love it..
