@monkywithmachineguns ya it was both the camera and bass drum head. Check out my new covers, upgraded to an aquarian super kick head and have my bass drum miced now, sounds a lot better. This video was when i was just learning how to play

@domt44 you can get dampening rings to put on the top of your snare and toms, aquarian and evans makes some. I have evan E rings, they're like 10 bucks for 4 of them.

You're playing really far ahead of the beat, I would say slow it down a bit, just listen to where the downbeat is, and you'll be set.

i usually play the chorus with an open high hat and use the crash intead of the ride, good job anyway

it was good. but when you went to hit the hi tom and floor tom for that eighth note(I think it's an eigth note)like at 2:14. You didn't hit it hard enough and it didn't produce the right sound.

hey nice drumming just wanted to say on the romshots move your wrist into the middle of the snare so that more of the stick is hanging off the side of the drum.

this will give it a better sound.
