Stretching is addiciting...I said I would stop at 4g,but now I am at 0g.I had 0's for a year now and prolly going to 00g soon.
Just a suggestion,you should lube your ear up when stretching with vitamin e oil or something similar,it makes it easier.I like stretching in the shower,cause the hot water also loosens it up a bit.
