Beautifully done. I am watching as many of these types of instructional videos as possible because I really want to start hunting deer and hog here in Texas (my dad took me fishing as a kid, never hunting). Your system is the best way I've seen to harvest the meat. Such little waste!

Any chance of a vid on prepping wild boar? the Mrs is Slovak and I have an invite from the local hunting society to do a bit of shooting out there but i dont want to turn up with no idea how to prep one.

One question.. Have you ever tried to serve deer to someone and they said they don't like it because it's to gamie..... Deer is the best meat I have Tasted I'm thinking that person tasted poorly prepared deer as in they caused to much bleeding inside of the deer. Do you agree? Also nice job you very skillful 5/5 I'm subscribing !

gamie flavours are created by bad processing, the flavour comes from bacterial growth which is a combination of both bad preparation and leaving in the fridge too long. people say that it needs hanging or it goes tough, this is rubbish, over cooking it makes it go tough, if you need more information just say
