I would've preferred for them to remake it with the original style. It was unique and i really enjoyed it. The original Rurouni Kenshin was a classic, and the art style simply fit the story.

please japanese people i'm begging you, don't ruin rurouni kenshin please don't, i love this anime, it is my favorite, it was too hard to see what you did with saint seiya animating that incoherent fanfic called lost canvas and what you did with dragon ball z creating that ultra censored- ultra cutted version named db kai, butt "RUROUNI KENSHIN" that has to be a crime, the new character design is awful, all of them look like big head kids.

Both Mayo Suzukaze and Masanori Ikeda still sound awesome as Kenshin and Shishio. I was worried Mayo wouldn't be up to it. Sakurai Tomo sounds a lot more mature as Misao now than she kinda did in the original, but very cool. I'm glad the riginal cast made their comeback.  Let's hope the others make their return, just like they did with Dragon Ball Kai.
