kx100 taking off faster? sorry but no. A 450 quad feels pretty much like a 250f bike take off wise but pulls away in 5th, but a 450 bike takes a 450 quad any day unless u have at least 1500 in mods

no way a kx100 would win in a drag. if the kx 100 were a four stroke the displacement would be 200cc given the fact that the 2 stroke engine fires everytime and the four stroke every other so saying it would win is like saying a person running would beat a 250f. 450- 200 = 250

I've got an 09 kx 100 that's bone stock and it really takes off. It completely stomped my boss's grizzly 660 and I weigh about 190 lbs with gear. Like others have said it's all about power to weight ratio. The grizzly or in this case the 450 may have twice the power of the kx but the kx only weighs about 160 lbs. 22-25 hp in something that light takes off like a rocket. My boss's grizzly has a speedo and he clocked my at just under 70 mph His grizzly does 64mph but I got there a lot quicker
