This is the 4 player version of Rummy. I've played this game for years and the reason it is 7 cards is because with 4 players playing, it would take forever to go through a game of Gin Rummy if each player had 10 cards.

As a two player game, it's a pretty good beginner game for anyone who wants to possibly play the traditional 10 card, 2 player Gin Rummy game in the future. And it's a nice quick game if you do not have the time to play out the points in Gin Rummy.

@e05symbols The max number of players for this version would be six. And even then, each player would only get 5 cards so basically it would be 3 of a kind and 2 of a kind. And you can always win with a run of 5 cards.

rummy is played with 7 cards and usually with 4 players dats d way we always played it at home after the sunday dinner......, Gin Rummy is always played with 10 cards and only 2 players..............

I've never heard of anyone drawing 3 times in a row from the pile. 10 cards are dealt when there are 2 people. That's pretty basic.

ye, it usually is 10 cards and also i was taught u can pick up the pile of discards if you wanted not just the first card. also, i recommend playing to 500 which i think is called gin 500.

to play kaboom you need 26cards.First you draw

5 cards and you do 3 things a turn.You get attackers and defenders you have to battle your number like this 6 vs 2 6 is higher so 6 wins

after deafeating your oponents cards you win.
