Nonetheless his Ruckus would outrun my C3 because mine is NOT modded my C3 is going 45mph stock. It used to go only 39mph untill I derestricted the transmission bringing it to 45 I then "broke it in" and after 2,400 miles I put the restrictor BACK IN with a new spark plug, belt and 10W-40 amsoil synthetic motorcycle oil now it goe the same speed as with the restricotr out plus more torque from it being back in.

yo gran your only goes 45 cuz you took out that little washer. its the same speed as the ruckus but the ruckus doesnt have that stupid washer!!!!! damn i wish it did though.. i could use the extra mph

lol "yo" ROBBYKINZ. I got some news for you. True BEFORE breaking in the C# it wouldn't do 45 with the washer YET. But after it was broken in it went 45 with the washer BACK IN!! Then I stupidly replaced the stock parts with Dr. Pulley parts and i don't see much diff if at all. Trust me the C3 is faster no lie I have already outrun a ruckus. I EVEN out ran a ZUMA 2 stroke in top speed. But I can out acelerate AND top out at higher speed than a ruckus. Power of fuel injection.

His Ruckus goes to 51mph cause' it's modded. The Yamaha C3 with no mods to the cylinder can reach 50mph with transmission mods from Dr. Pulley plus MRP's QMB exhaust. The C3 is fuel injected with a larger intake of fuel at a time then the stock Ruckus basicaly it's like it has a larger "carburetor" than the Ruckus but still gets 115 miles per gallon.

It depends which state you are in, but TX requires a M1 and so does California.

They are 49cc, but this one is 58cc.

I was going to buy the big bore, cam,and polini variator to try and get up to 51-52 mph. My question did you install yours yourself or did you have a bike shop do it? I ask cause I don't wanna mess up my bike trying to do it myself......also do you have to bore out the block for the larger piston?

I had the man that designed the piston kit do the piston install. The case was re-sleeved by L.A. Sleeve out in Cali.

For everyone that is wondering my Ruckus has a Chanito big bore piston kit installed making it 58cc. It also has a Polini variator, H.O. cam, and opened up intake.
