i'm sure this video was taken before year 2000. this reminds me how halsema looks like before when i was studying, i trvel there more often coz i'm from mt. province. the last time i travelled was a year ago and it has a big difference. it's no longer dangwa but lizardo trans. road concreted already. the relaxing view - still the same. -how i miss to see this place again! many thnx!
It's been 25 years since I've travelled thru Halsema dangwa tranco looks the same, i thought they did something with the roads, I've travelled halsema numerous times and sad to say it looks the same, come on folks you can do better than that, stop pocketing the money, do something about the roads for goodness sake.
