@KorionDotNet 10,000 IU of vitamin D per day is a bit too much. It's okay if it's every other day but not every day. The health/nutrition experts say to take no more than 5,000 IU per day. I would take anywhere from 2,000 - 4,000 IU per day just to play it safe.
