  • I just love Justino Diaz. I heard him in Don Giovanni and Carmen. What a rich beautiful, dark voice and what a presence. I miss hearing him, but am glad to hear him as Quizmaster on Met broadcasts. Thank-you, fabiantenor, for these treasures. silviasweetnote

  • I love this scene and this aria. The devil in the House of God. Evil among the holy faithful. That has always struck me as chilling and to think it's true.

  • Mmm, his voice is gorgeous! So dark and so threatening. He sound like a bass and he has the highness, but still with a bass' color. Wonderful.
