On Interstate 65, north of Lafayette, Indiana. They are mostly between mile markers 183 and 195, and are on both sides of the road as far as you can see. I always enjoy driving through there.
I saw this thing at night going to and from Chicago over the weekend and it's very disturbing at night the way the lights on top of them blink on and off in sync.
