The original Wings of Fury game had a lot better physics simulation. In that game you could literally feel the G forces pushing you down in your seat as you made a sharp turn or a sharp dive followed by a sharp ascend. I don't see any of that physics being replicated in the new game. Being able to do multiple loops from level flight just isn't realistic (in real life planes have to DIVE to gain enough speed before looping, and they loose a lot of height while looping).
the colour contrast is poorly made AFAIK. i think whoever is developing this should opt on a more cell shaded visual instead, to imitate the original pixelated look. The levels look too dark due to bad sky colouring and respective lighting.
This is just amazing!!! I felt like I was watching the new Bond trailer or something. Action and music are actually breathtaking:) Congratulations!!! Hope to play it as soon as possible!!

@arntjay Switch to "hard" dificulty level - the plane gets heavier and more realistic.

If you like Wing of Fury and you have a Nintendo DS, go get Glory Days 2! It's very smilar and you can even fly a chopper!

The carrier doesn't look like any of types used by US NAVY in the WW2, as well. In the Amiga version there was USS Wasp, one of the ESSEX class.

I have noticed a problem .. maybe a bug.
When you are trying to take off, your nose goes down and then the plane blows lol.
i have to take off from 4/6 distance of runaway to "sucess" takeoff :x
