thanks for the info, its about food tho, they say that the manderins need alot of pods so im worried mine wont get fed enough bc i watch him and ill see him nip at live rock but idk if he eats anything even when i put in pods, but there not alive.
I've noticed they're very much individuals, no one exactly the same as another. I have female in a tank without a male and she almost never comes out, and I have a male and female together in a different tank, and the male is often the only one visible. Sometimes I'll see her out though, and sometimes I'll see them together.
If you have other reef fish in that tank out and about, it is probably a matter of time before it ventures forth. A fish all alone may tend to be nervous.
I also have to compliment your committment. You choose great names for your little charges. Also love your sweetpea video which came up as an offering while I was watching flamenco!
You have the most beautiful creatures in your tank. How big is your setup, and how long has it taken to get it to the condition that it's in today? I apologize if all of this is explained in your profile. I've yet to look at it. I subscribed after seeing the miracle of an aquatic birth in your last video. :)

Wow, I know that those can be some pretty difficult species to maintain in an aquarium, kudos to you and the little fishies too.
