  • nice new pb keep up the hard work always pays off

  • great vid mate, check mine out!

  • Nice to see someone who chases all species, all my mates are carpers and it does my head in! I love to catch carp but id rather catch 20 pound of quality silvers, your right that it does get boring, caught an eel last year, it was only half a pound but it got the blood pumping i tell thee lol

  • ex mate

  • Good stuff!

  • @thecarpdude Thanks.

  • well fished and congratulations on the new pb tight lines

  • @MrJames4711 Thanks mate

  • Congrats on the 20 mate :) Nice vid. I agree you cant stay with 1 species for ages, it just gets boring.

What rods and reels do you have?

And what is the sad puppy sound at 2.12?

Loving the camo bedding :) Those carp will never see you....

  • @KentCoarseKid Hi just got the sleeping bag as it was ex army and warm lol. But the dsad puppy sound is my mates odg he has to tie it up when we get a fish as it goes nuts. and i have chub outkasts (very good rods for the money and you can get them a quite a light tc aswell) and the reels are shimano navi 8000 xsb good reels for the moeny only 90 quid and a smoot clutch/drag and good line lau and superb casting and alsp with shimanos quick dag system you can easily fish them like bait runners.

  • @fenlandfisherman Sounds good mate, how does the shimano quick drag system work?

Thinking about getting some. Need new reels in the summer...

  • @KentCoarseKid it means that with only one turn of the drag the reel can got from baitrunner to drag

  • Good vid mate, bloody huge carp, congragulations on your first 20 pounder!!

  • great video, and massive carp. Just wondering (might sound like a strange question) But do you have your bivvy door closed, open or half shut ?? THe reason i ask is im going to do my first night season soon and was wondering if to have my bivvy door closed, open or half shut is i want to get to my rods in time to strike but aswell i dont want gthe bloody rats coming into my bivvy??

    Cheers

    Corkballpopup

  • @corkballpopup Thanks

well as you saw that second night was the first nigth i had the bivvy door open i can normaly shut my door and till get out to the rods in pretty good time. also if your fishing bolt rigs and the fish is running you dont need to be snappy (quick) in getting to yuor rods unless the water is snaggy as the fish is generaly hooked, but if im facing the wind (unless its boiling) i have the door closed if im not or the wind isnt blowing open mate.

    Thanks fenland

  • @fenlandfisherman ok thankyou very much

    tight lines

  • cracking sesh mate and congratulations on the new pb, what a fish it was!

  • @clark144 Thankyou mate.
