Tyr is such a badass band! people were standing pretty still for them at last night's Paganfest at Long Beach but then again i didn't really see the pit because i was up front watching a badass band. i just hope to see them again, they really did a kick ass job at Paganfest in Long Beach.

All the Faroese people I know don't speak Danish like this. It has nothing to do with Icelandic. Since traditional Norwegian Danish was simply Danish pronounced in a Norwegian way, you could say that these two are close, but it is not a mixture of modern bokmål and something else.

Its not norwegian either(which is my mother tongue). The lyrics are in danish, because it is a old danish song(check it out if you dont belive me). But it sounds like norwegian when they sing, because faroese pronounciation is much more alike norwegian then danish.
