I'm pure int, no level 100 skills and my gear is 90HH refined to +5 and a +8 weapon. Physical defense accessories +6 and a level 96 cape +7.

My gears are really not that good.

Cant remmember the name of skill but its lvl 100 skill alright u really should look into.. i think how it works is for every 100 Mp u hav it adds attack multiplier +1.. or somthing like that... thats the key reason Wizards are soooo strong end game..

This may seem like a stupid request but the lvl 100 skill to increase ur damage... dont suppose ni 1 of ur next vis u cud hav ur maximum mp buff in place then use that and spesify when ur goin to do it..or when ur about to attack when added damage is in place...wud love to see the real power.. =)
